In your specific case, we chose to refund you based on previous e-mail exchanges with Steve & myself. We genuinely try to help as many people as we can, however when asking for assistance & the story doesn't necessarily add up, that's where we draw the line- it's too difficult to sift through what is fact / fiction.
We sympathize with your injury, we've wished you a speedy recovery numerous times, and will do so again.
