No, this is pretty much standard operating procedure there... the truth is that Rocco and his team are great at what they do... BUT they lack in the customer service type of areas.
Some people don't mind, but I did, and also found another local shop I prefer to go to.
If you're out west, Ivo @ Columbus is a great option, as is Jakub @ White Eagle Motors... both in Sauga.
In the East, Randy and his team @ 11Tenths get my vote every time.
Another notable mention is Darren @ DC Motorwerx (Thornhill)
There are perhaps a few others worth considering too.
