E91 auto stop/start failure ( 4AFB ? )
I'm also getting an auto stop/start failure alert on ignition.
Could it be related to any of the following errors:
D354 No message (engine 168)
D355 No message (engine 169)
D356 No message (engine 170)
498E DDE: Oil-level sensor
5DEC Performance reduction
4AFB Brake Vacuum-pressure sensor, signal
The battery is new (500ish miles old) could it have been installed incorrectly ? how would I know. Voltage is 13.4 V Idle as far as I remember.
From what you said in your post seems that it could be the Brake Vacuum-pressure sensor, signal. Does the 'signal' bit mean NO signal i.e. Engine Control Unit can't pick up a signal from the sensor for some reason?
If so where is it, and how would I get to look at it and the wiring?
