The thing is there probably isn't any difference at concavity between same width and different offsets.They probably just add more stuff on the back of the wheel with lower offset.This depends at the manufacturer.Cheaper wheels are almost always made that way.

I only find these two.

19x8.5 et29 235/35/19 front and 19x9.5 et23 265/30/19 rear with fender roll.

Other one 19x8.5 et29 and 19x9.5 et23 No idea of tyre size, maybe same as above or 225/35/19 front 255/30/19 rear.Narrower tyre helps wheels to fit easier.

If you are going to choose between those two at your original post go with the lower offsets.
