Poor touch up job
I bought a new car for the wife. Overall the car is in good condition, its a 1 year old car from a rental fleet, so plenty of interstate meant penty of small rock chips on the hood etc, not unexpected and the price was right.
My problem is that somebody did a very poor job of fixing these rock chips with a color chip pen or something. Most of these chips now look like tar bubbles instead of chips. What can be done to remove that poor job or even out the situation?
