Yep. This happened to me once. They wouldn't budge on fixing it, claimed it was a bad finish. The guy who painted the wheels fixed it for free for me. He said he hears that all the time and shops never claim fault.

Honestly if we can't sort this out I think touch up paint at least would be ok for me... can't really see it from a few meters.
Problem is matching the paint exactly. This wheel is kind of between matte and gloss, more satin. I guess I would have to contact wheel manufacturer, which is avant garde.
