Hey im just wondering If i use my stock 193m for the winter can i run 225/40/R18 on all 4 wheels?

They come stock with Front: 225/40/R18 8x18 ET 34
Back: 255/35/R18 8.5x18 ET 37.

Will running 225/40/R18 on both front and back create too much diameter difference for an xDrive?
