Okay thanks a lot for the responses.
I'm considering telling him to just let it sit until I can get there and figure this out myself.. I'm having a bit of anxiety being on the other side of the world wondering how he's going to go about fixing this problem.
I think I'd rather do it myself.
Any other insights are GREATLY appreciated! I know you guys are out there with some ideas!
