A tow hook cover is provided with the bumper. I just forgot to take it to the body shop. The headlight washer covers that are provided with the bumper are good if you have headlight washers. If you do not, you will have to use your existing covers which are a bit loose/sloppy but they work.
As far as the air ducts go, I decided to go with the fog delete for now but keep the grilles. If you want to run fog lights, you will want to take a dremel to the area outlined in red in the below photo to allow air flow to your brake ducts / oil cooler.
