It's all about the money. Audi knows it can't sell RS cars in the US at anything remotely close to as much a profit as they can get elsewhere in the world. The US is too competitive a market and Audi/quattroGmbH is waayy too inefficient a manufacturer to step up the volume and lower the costs. Think about it this way, In Toronto, there's virtually NO TEST DEMO CARS for the S4, S5, TTS, R8..... What does that tell you
