I think you misunderstood me. I meant its pointless to have both a inline fuse and a fused distribution block I didn't mean the distribution block that's already on the battery although that's fused as well.

If your going to use a fused distribution block the inline fuse isn't needed as long as the distribution block is close enough to the battery.
