Our 2002 tree that we cut down from a local tree farm came with hidden praying mantis egg cases attached ...free of charge. 
We didn't see them because the tree was so lush and full. A "perfect storm" of mild temps that fall and our heating system caused them all to hatch on Christmas Eve. Those F'ers were everywhere! |
