Thanks much for this response; this is good to know. Looking at the requirements.txt file, I did not have the "Visual C++ Runtime 2015-2019" or Chrome installed so did that, and now about to try ISTA+ v4.25.40 install.
I'm assuming the self-installer will also install the enclosed "Standard Tools" as well; yes? I uninstalled all prior BMW s/w.
