Need some help guys.

Currently in the market for picking up some Mag Blue TE37's in the future.
I'm not sure about sizing and what offset I should get with tires that won't be a pain in the ass to fit or have rubbing issues.

My rears are currently rolled and my current set up is e92
19" 235/35/19 +35
265/30/19 +35

Lowered on ST V1 Coilovers.

Looking to get 19' TE37's MAG Blue in +22, How much modification would I need to be able to fit these? or would +35 with spacers be weird? Also what tire sizes are recommended?
