That is an awesome yet little known movie. The premise was hilarious.
Whiplash was good. I occasionally watch the last 30 minutes if I'm bored on a flight. I play (okay...played...it's more occasional recreation now
) drums and started to work 4-way coordination for jazz drumming but never made it beyond that. Jazz drumming is something I've always found to be awesome and more skillful than rock drumming.
