No audio generally points to an incomplete MOST loop. Do you see a red light in either of the fibres coming in to the COMBOX?
One should be lit. Other than that, post up your CIC and COmbox TRC files here for analysis. I did mine a while ago but i can share mine if i have them and you can compare
Oh and pin 1, 2 or both for power?
