If it were me, the fact that the warning is red, not yellow, would keep me from driving it anywhere but to the shop for an oil change (if you can even call it a change since there's very little oil in the engine currently).
Is whatever you have going on during the next 7 days important enough to risk engine failure which could cost $10k+?
