on the car from what appears to be dried up baked bird poop. tried sanding it down with 2k then 1.5k grit sand paper, maybe improved it 20% but didnt nearly fix it. I dont wanna do any damage to paint but i (wet) sanded it for about 10-15 mins with light pressure and that didnt do it. Also tried polishing compound etc- it didnt do much.
Any other suggestions on how I can get this fixed?
