The other thought I have is how many people take U Tube videos' way to seriously, I have a recent hire in the office and he keeps commenting about things he learned on U tube and argues the advice given to him by his very experienced colleagues.

There are some great DIY videos on youtube, but the key is getting information from multiple sources.
