I have had this jack for years and can easily get the car up using the central jack points...

What's the problem?

Place the jack in the proper central position without the extension arm. Use your hand to start the lift. Once the jack is tight against the jack point stick the extension bar back in upside down and start jacking as you would normally do. I can lift the car in under 1 minute this way.

For the rear you'll need a couple of bits of wood or something in between the jack and rear jack point to get it high enough.

Easy.
