OP- if you run the stock airbox, you will choke top end power. This is why we state that DCIs must be used with Stg3. With stock airbox, I'd stick with Stg1 even if you have catless DPs.

Also, according to your datalogs, all your runs (in log 2) were with OL fuel set to 75%. Except the last run (in log 4) which was set to 80%. I don't see any run where it was set to 90 or 100%. OL fuel requirements will depend a lot on ethanol % in your fuel. The more ethanol, the higher OL fuel need to hit the fuel target. In the summer we are seeing surprisingly high ethanol content in regular gasoline. Another customer from them midwest recently measured their standard 93oct at 23%.
