I commute about 300 miles a week in a 2007 E90 328i. Sport and Premium Packages, manual trans. I installed eibach pro kit springs mainly to lower it a little more. I had 19" Forgestar wheels on it but put the 17" stock wheels and RFTs on after bending too many wheels on bad roads. I prefer knowing I don't have to change a tire on the side of a busy freeway in the dark and the ride is better than the 19s with non-RFT. The leather sport seats along with an M3 steering wheel make the commuting a lot more enjoyable. I even appreciate the auto dimming mirrors because I'm usually driving before dawn or after sunset. It's a great daily driver and if something happened to it, I'd get another one. BTW, I get 400 miles per tank or about 25mpg. That's driving 75-80mph.
