When I did this install I purchased spare knuckles (carriers) and replaced the bearings on them to speed up down time. Simply milled down the hub/caliper on the spare parts and assembled everything ( caliper, rotor, knuckle) off line then exchanged the system on the car.
It sounds like original poster has a different method for install which is great.

You installed 345mm rear rotors, but this brackets for 370mm rear rotors. Your setup looks good aswell, I had same setup before moved to 370mm.
