unreali - not sure. My car never stalls - I can keep this oscillation think going for quite a while. No misfires ever associated with the oscillation.
Should add that I have no obvious vacuum leaks - the cannisters hold a vac for many minutes after the car is turned off and all the hoses were changed to silicone when I installed the inlets and outlets about a year ago..
