I have brand new set of Michelin Pilot Sport A/S Plus and find them very noisy. Much more so then the stock Bridgestone runflats that came on the car with about 50% tread. Very strange. Usually when I put on branch new tires they are quiet. Not a fan of these Michelins. I would have gone with the new PSS but I heard all seasons would be quieter?

Correct, generally speaking all season tires are quieter but there are some exceptions of course. Two of the most quiet riding tires in those sizes are the Conti Pro Contact and Yokohama Avid Envigor.
