I don’t know anybody who was able to generate a valid code by date. This feature does not work.
Yes, since version 2019-2, there is a West and East map for NEXT systems.
The code can be found in the bay or anywhere else for a few bucks, just keep googling. By the way: if you want somebody to generate the code for you, you need to give your VIN, otherwise nobody can help you out here.
