I tried cross referencing all of the face lift N52 manifolds for the European market and none of them show up as ever being used here, so the assertion that the EU market switched to US headers and lost power appears to be false.

Ive seen the oem E60 530 N52 headers, they use a tubular collector instead of a manifold collector.
