Wait...your story is really confusing. The white E92 wanted to race or you and your cousin? AND...who took off to 120 mph?...you OR the e92.
So basically your cousin sped off leaving the 335i back (the 335 had the baby in the back seat?) ... therefore ... shouldn't your cousin be the one at fault here?
