Isnt't the color of the GTS Inca Orange? This looks to be a different color.

Apparently it is. See the pic of the E93 M3 in the post above. Although upon closer inspection, the color on that M3 looks closer to Inca Orange than the color on that 335is. Could just be the lighting, though.

This isn't entirely true. BMW AG can (and has many times) decline a color choice for an arbitrary reason, even if you're trying to order an existing color from their catalog. That's why there isn't a single Monte Carlo Blue E9X M3 in the US.
