Few months ago I've retrofitted in my 2009 e91 combox media instead TCU, everthing works perfectly. I have oem CiC in my car. Now I'm trying to fit Combox Telematics instead of media. I've bought used part with producion date 09.2014 and number 9 257 161-03 and have a problem. Of course I've done the wireing ( change power to pin 2 and all necessary with can fom PDC ). Then I've add assist related fa to VO and recode cic, but I can't read or write MEDIA module at all
INPA also can"t see a new combox. MOST wire is glowing red and if I press the S.O.S button combox is making a call so i think there is power supply. Does anyone have a clue what I need to do to make it work? NCS have v58 SP DATEN.
What difference is between 9257161-01 and 9257161-03 ? Maybe combox is too new? Of course it is bn2000 so it should fit.
