In order to log with the Procede in Map 0, you have to trigger a "fault" that makes it go into Map 0. Otherwise, if you switch to the map manually, CAN hijacking is turned off and you won't be able to log. If I recall correctly, you can intentionally set the wrong "methanol mode" in the settings and it should do the trick.
