Certainly an apples/oranges comparison but on my RB26 powered Z on full E85 I made 718rwhp/586rwtq around 25psi. Engines are similar in size but the intake/ITB setup on the rb26 works realy well!
I would stay away from anything above the 70 range on compressor sizes. The uning we have here would fit in well with somethnig like the BW 91/79
Something large like you have is going to be a hurry up and wait for power scenario
