No one can guarantee you are not going to be deployed. I can tell you that if you can read/write Farsi fluently I can get you into a very high priority MOS (military occupational specialty)..Anything from linguist to something in the intelligence field. Both would look great on a resume 5 years down the road. They are also really the only jobs I've been seeing cash bonus's for. Be that enlistment or reenlistment. Your 18 years old man. Still young.
