A third party extended warranty does not provide new OEM components, they reserve the right to provide "like" components. This means used or salvage vehicle parts. For those outside of the original 4yr/50k original factory warranty, I would rank Fidelity first and route 66 a distant 2nd as Fidelity does pay the full labor rates and provide new component parts nationwide. Fidelity is the actual underwriter for the original factory warranty of every Volkswagen and Audi in the united States. We should all do our due diligence, however I felt that I should share reality.
