I'm considering purchasing a 335is, DCT, 40K miles. Some extended warranties do not cover clutches, pressure plates, and bearings on manual transmissions. Any idea on how Route 66 and Fidelity deal with these? I did call Route 66 today and they basically said what I just said, and could not tell me if the DCT clutches would be covered. They said that if they were internal, similar as the components on an AT, they would.
Guidance will be much appreciated. Thanks.
