It would need a check valve (and/or a pump), so that it holds vacuum under boost.
At least that is how other more simplistic turbo cars that I have owned work. I haven't looked that closely at my 335i actually.

I have an ESS supercharger installed and everything works great.
But, if it is possible to improve the braking system by installing a master cylinder and vacuum booster from the M3E92, I would like to do it.
I would like to understand whether it is worth doing this or not.
How much does this improve the braking system?
