since they were used they wore out somewhat to the other vehicles settings. It is true that the tires can wear to the wat your car is set up but best bet is to get an alignment and balance and even if it still wobbles slightly it could possibly wear the tires out to the point the wobble goes away somewhat.
FYI, although money may be tight, especially when dealing with BMW MB etc, downgrade your tires some since chances are you wont be going z rated speeds etc. and buy new.
