Well, I took the liners off and checked out the reservoir and all the lines to the headlight washer and could not find a leak anywhere. Strange. I tried running all the pumps, but no luck.
It was dripping from the front bumper on the right so I was sure there would be an issue with the fittings or actuator for the washers, but its all dry now.
I found a broken brake duct and repaired it with some JB Weld, so not a total waste of time.
