BMW Toronto … that's the dealer that had the coolant poisoning incident a few weeks ago.
I have the same problem with Pfaff getting them to answer the phone. What was more annoying is that they originally wanted me to go in twice for the heater recall: one visit for inspection and a 2nd for repair. I had my airbag replaced there in the spring without any issues.
When it was still called Mississauga BMW, I had them do warranty replacement of both turbos + a/c evaporator under warranty (> $8k!). No issues there or any hesitation on their part. Even gave me a free rental car.
I'm booked at Pfaff for the heater recall in early NOV.
