Rone2591 , warranty should not be an excuse for your BMW dealer. I'd point them to the SIB that is out for the FRM fault. On a side note I would make them aware that the turn signals are considered a safety item and that you could write complaint to NHTSA (there are several already concerning this issue) which eventually will trigger a research by the NHTSA and possibly could lead to a recall. BMW should have a big interest in fixing the FRM issue.
