Great thread! One question/problem: My rear roundel on my E93 had the grommets and double-sided tape. I know about getting the correct part (....52 vice ....51) but when I put it on, the top won't stay stuck. So now I have a little gap at the top. Hardly noticable but annoying to me since the original was flush. Any ideas? I thought about an additional glue...but am afraid to try anything for fear it might mar the paint/etc. I could pull it off and remove the grommets (so only the tape holds it on) but then it probably won't be centered perfectly and my OCD won't allow that. I just want it to stay on like the original! Any help appreciated...
