Your not getting any description at all with the codes?
And there is no "break-in" period for turbo. They should be functioning fine.
There shouldn't be loss of oil or filling the lines. They should have just done a full oil change. Somethings fishy. Take it back to dealer. Your friend has no clue what so ever.
