Yes the N20 is a turbo 4. But the OP has a 2013 328i Convertible (CV) which is an E93 and has the N52 non-turbo 6.
OP, you either have to accept the fact that you bought the heaviest N52 with Steptronic and it will not accelerate like a 335i. On the other hand it is one of the smoothest motors around and ideal for a touring car like the 328i 'vert. If that doesn't work for you, sell it, eat the loss, and buy what you want.
