Okay, I replaced every vacuum line with nicer high heat resistant silicone ones and I don’t see any issues with those. I have owned the car since 85k miles and don’t see boost solenoids in the service history. I’m 90% sure they’re original. I ordered two new ones so I can try those first.
It's a good place to start. Would be hard to diagnose anything else until you can rule those out. Report back once installed.
