It is definitely from up front. I agree...I sounds like something clattering lazily against something. If I give it gas it goes away. After it gets to temp it goes away but then will return when coming to a stop....neutral, sometimes in gear at a stop light.

Totally baffled. Hopeful it is something easy as the car runs fantastic. Pulls hard, no issues with the transmission.

Thanks for the replies. Hope to get it sorted soon. Ordered a stethoscope t hopefully pinpoint where its coming from. Too difficult to locate it with the hood up. Almost sounds like something's ng slapping.
