Your fuel trims look safe to actually try higher than E40, but just try E40 first. It will more than likely auto-adjust to 17psi with ignition timing having a retard value of under .5 which will make it feel like a different animal than your current set-up which is 16.5psi peak with a retard value of 3.5
Try E50-E60, the average ignition retard value will be 0
