Out of curiosity, what RPM did you shift at.

Ok...so now I was determined to do better!!!
I just was out and did a couple more timed runs; this time on another road with no "rumble cutouts." Again, here were the parameters:up
1. 77 degrees F, sunny, dry day
2. This time, I
didn't touch the Traction Control button; so I guess TC was in "automatic" mode.
3. Launched @ ~ 1,000 rpm in M1 and shifted via the Paddle Shifters.
Note -- it's interesting that my 0-60mph time was much better (better launch and no "rumble cutouts" in the road
), but my 1/4 mi. time was within 5/100th sec. with a slower trap speed; still a hair over 13.1 sec. @ 106.4mph. I did notice a funny shift from 3rd to 4th gear @ ~ 80mph, I think...maybe I didn't keep in gear long enough or something????
I think there should be little doubt now that I should be able to get under 13 sec. 1/4 mi. time; probably ~ 12.7-12.8 sec. @ 109-110mph with an optimum launch and MM shifting.
