Hi,
I have a set of (4) genuine BMW 17x8 ET34 mounted with 225/45R17 Winter tires (tires are near/at wear bars and will need to be replaced). The part number for the wheels is BMW 6775596. The wheels were used as Winter wheels on a 2011 BMW 335i xDrive sedan (E90) and should fit other E90 3-series sedans, as these wheels were from an E91 wagon. It should even fit E46 sedans, but you will have to check the fitment [see pictures in the link provided -

The wheels are in rough shape cosmetically, paint has peeled from the wheels (see photos). However, as the wheels are made of aluminum, it's not rust and only surface oxidation. As such, the wheels still work well. There is some slight curb rash on the set (see photos). You wouldn't want to use these as Summer wheels, but definitely still serviceable for Winter.
