Dear Customer,
Horizon LEDs will be attending the (Specialty Equipment Market Association) SEMA Show, Las Vegas, NV this November. As a result of this, we will be partially closed for business between the 3rd November 2014 until the 17th November 2014.
During this time, we are still accepting orders through our website as normal. We are also still responding to customer queries but regrettably there will be a delay in responding - up to 48 working hours.
All orders made between this period will be shipped on the 14th/15th November 2014 and as a gesture of goodwill, all orders will be shipped for next working day delivery regardless of which option you originally selected from the checkout.
If you need your products to be delivered before the 3rd November, then please ensure your order is completed before 12:00am on the 30th October 2014.
Our customer query system works on a queue management basis; therefore we would kindly like to ask our customers to only send in the one query via email and not multiple queries, as this will only delay you in getting a response.
We would also like to apologise for any inconvenience this may cause, but without doubt our attendance to the SEMA Show will only enable us to offer our customers yet even more innovative and market leading LED products.
