Nope
It's just the cheap plastic flexing and thus creaking as the car moves along.
If you just press any of the plastic around the heater controls etc you get pretty much the same effect (I will be sure to post a video of this thrilling event soon) even when the car is stationary.

Plus the C220 CDI Coupe loaner I had when mine was in the shop last time (FOR TWO WEEKS) when they were trying to fix the rattles.
